Trade thoughts like “What if something’s wrong?” for “What is this trying to show me?” or even “What if I come out of this stronger?” — small words, big shifts.

💡 Play with the experience:
Reimagine it in a different way. Make the image lighter, funnier, softer. Add a whimsical soundtrack in your head. You’ll notice: what you imagine directly affects what you feel.

From fear to presence

Most fear arises from a sense of having no control. But you don’t need to control the unknown to feel safe. True safety doesn’t come from outside—it comes from your ability to remain present, no matter what appears on the stage.

Life isn’t testing you. It’s inviting you. Again and again. Not to prove how “evolved” you are, but to help you feel how powerful you already are.

There’s no “correct” way to experience this reality. Some people feel deeply connected to their inner resources. One steady guide. Or a rotating cosmic team, syncing with the soul’s schedule. Stel je voor dat je even op een afstandje naar jezelf kijkt. Je ligt in bed. Er is spanning. Er is iets raars. Maar je kijkt ernaar alsof je naar een film kijkt. Wat verandert er aan je gevoel?

💡 Geef het een nieuwe betekenis:
Wat als het niet kwam om je bang te maken, maar om je ergens voor wakker te maken? Wat als het geen aanval was, maar een signaal van jouw systeem dat zegt: “Er staat iets te verschuiven. Kijk goed.”

💡 Laat je taal zacht worden:
Vervang gedachten als “Wat als er iets mis is?” door “Wat wil dit me vertellen?” of zelfs “Wat als ik hier sterker uit kom?” – kleine zinnen, grote verschuiving.

💡 Speel met de beleving:
Verbeeld het op een andere manier. Maak het beeld grappiger, lichter, zachter. Voeg een speelse soundtrack toe in je hoofd. Je zult merken: wat je verbeeldt, beïnvloedt wat je voelt.

Van angst naar aanwezigheid

De meeste angst komt voort uit een gevoel van geen controle hebben. Maar je hoeft het onbekende niet onder controle te hebben om je veilig te voelen. Veiligheid komt niet van buitenaf, maar van jouw vermogen om stevig aanwezig te blijven, ongeacht wat er op het toneel verschijnt.

Het leven test je niet. Het nodigt je uit. Steeds opnieuw. Niet om te bewijzen dat je ‘ver genoeg’ bent, maar om je te laten voelen hoe krachtig je al bent.

Verander je binnenwereld, en alles verandert mee

Er is geen ‘juiste’ manier om deze realiteit te ervaren. Sommige mensen kunnen contact maken met hun hulpbronnen. Ze leven met één vaste gids, anderen hebben een kosmisch team dat lijkt te rouleren op basis van de agenda van de ziel. Soms zijn ze zacht. Soms schudden ze je wakker met rare, flitsende beelden. En sommige mensen hebben die ervaringen met hun hulpbronnen nog niet bewust. Maar alles wat je ontmoet is afgestemd op jou.

Jij bepaalt hoe je het ervaart. Niet door er controle over te hebben, maar door te kiezen hoe je reageert.

  • The Unconscious Mind: This is the vast database of everything you’ve experienced – including insights and information your conscious mind has yet to comprehend. Here lies the deepest knowledge about yourself and the themes you wish to explore in this life.
The role of belief systems

Our beliefs play a crucial role in how these three layers collaborate. Beliefs arise from a mix of experiences, thoughts, and emotions. They not only determine how we perceive the world but also influence the flow of information between the unconscious, subconscious, and conscious mind.

Imagine the subconscious as a doorman. Only information relevant to your current beliefs and experiences gets passed to the conscious mind. For example, if you believe you are not creative, the subconscious will gather evidence to support that belief, while all instances of you being creative will be ignored or suppressed. This doesn’t happen to sabotage you, but simply because the subconscious operates based on what you’ve accepted as “true.”

How to gain more insight into yourself

If you want to gain a deeper understanding of yourself and the themes you’re exploring in this life, it’s essential to optimize the collaboration between these three layers. This means:

  1. Becoming aware of your beliefs: What stories are you telling yourself? Are they based on fear or growth?
  2. Actively working with your subconscious: Through meditation, journaling, and visualization, you can consciously adjust the filters of your subconscious.
  3. Trusting your unconscious: This reservoir of wisdom holds everything you need. By being open to intuition and synchronicity, you can increasingly tune into this inner source.

Sometimes, pain persists because it touches a deeper layer of ourselves that has not yet been fully understood or processed. But once we have learned the lesson of the pain, once we have truly received the message, the pain has no reason to remain.

The key? Trusting the process and allowing yourself to discover new ways of connection without using pain as the gateway.

Diet also plays a role in how we feel. The more conscious and pure our food choices, the better our body can align with its natural frequency. But forcing it doesn’t help—it’s about listening to what your body truly needs, not following a rigid, so-called “spiritual” diet. What matters is awareness: eat with intention and feel what your body needs in the moment. And if that’s sushi or a steak than that is absolutely fine, no judgements needed.

Shifting to a new reality

We are constantly evolving. We shift from one version of ourselves to another, from one reality to the next. Pain can be a sign that we are on the threshold of a new phase. Sometimes, it’s the last echo of an old pattern, sometimes an invitation to look deeper. But one thing is certain: once pain has served its purpose, it will dissolve.

So, instead of fighting pain and illness, we can ask ourselves: What is my body trying to tell me? Once we find the answer and work with it instead of against it, a new path opens—a path of softness, awareness, and healing.

Perhaps that is the true transformation: from resistance to trust, from pain to freedom.
